Part-time lecturer with Texas A&M University's Bush School of Government and Public Service's extended education program. I teach the graduate-level Capstone in the Executive Master's Degree in Public Service and Administration as well as a graduate-level course on Protecting the Nation's Critical Infrastructure.

As the Assistant Vice Chancellor for National Security Strategic Initiatives, Chief Research Security Officer, and Facility Security Officer, I steer the system-wide strategy and program to manage and protect classified, controlled, unclassified, and export-controlled research and information across 11 universities and eight state agencies. I oversee the security infrastructure of 2K square foot, U.S. Government-accredited secure space, NIST SP 800-171 compliance, and the Academic Security and Counter-Exploitation (ASCE) Program with 200+ universities.
