The new CMS allowed existing artists/labels to withdraw funds, automate financial reports, and content delivery.- I've helped integrate existing direct licensing agreements for Apple Music/iTunes, CI/Consolidated Independent, Deezer, Tidal, eMusic, and Amazon CD using XML/DDEX/SFTP infrastructures. - I have certified knowledge to implement DDEX specs of DSPs into any CMS with a technical team.

As Co-Founder & CEO, I did the following:- Oversaw the company direction & vision.- Managed over 4,000+ artists & indie labels.- Negotiated direct licensing agreements with Apple Music/iTunes- Led the technical team to build INTRANET Prime (Automated Content Management System)- Work with Apple's Marketing Team to pitch priority titles for inclusion into the iTunes Store Featured Placements- Negotiated a landmark deal with CD Baby to offer the Venzo catalog on CDBaby.com for free (that eventually lead CDBaby to launch their CDbaby.com free services for CD Baby artists/labels).- Negotiated direct licensing agreements with eMusic, Amazon CD, and Spotify.- Helped generate over $2,000,000 in music sales for labels on the iTunes Store.- Negotiated a landmark deal with Sumthing Else Music Works to develop iOS/Android apps of popular video game titles to leverage their music soundtracks. - Led the sale of the company to Lester Ventures in April 2015 to become Zoningo
