This project provided better controllership and early detection of issues. • Proposed and designed multiple automated enhancements to a trade request system to eliminate half a person per year in manual error prone system updates. This eliminated risky manual backend database updates and increased productivity of the front office traders.

Final presentation to senior management proposed a 35% annual IT cost savings.• Executed the design phase for an IT Transformation. Led the Process Model team and spearheaded process architecture and role definitions while managing a team of 15 to define all IT processes. Completed the groundwork to save approximately $23M annually in IT expenses.• Led Daylight Savings Time change program for GE Capital Solutions. Successful completion of over two thousand server updates, twenty four thousand desktop updates, and two major storage frame upgrades. The completion of this conversion overcame multiple issues related to business resources and prior year audits. • Planned and seamlessly moved entire CMS division with no downtime from 3001 Summer St. to 1600 Summer Street. Move included all application servers, market data services, LAN/WAN infrastructure and file/print resources. Came in 25% under budget because of detailed planning, scripted process and flawless execution.
