Generalist/Business Partner - Serve as point of contact and HR business partner for staff in select business units.Training - Responsible for developing, coordinating and communicating NBME staff training opportunities. Work with outside vendors to develop and offer specialized training; design and deliver in-house training. Talent Acquisition - Participate in the design, development and administration of NBME recruiting and onboarding practices. Partner with select business units to provide full-cycle recruiting services.

•Manage full-cycle recruiting process across the organization; identify focused recruitment campaigns, conduct in-depth interviews, present, negotiate and close job offers with candidates up to and including Senior Director level•Counsel managers regarding employee relations, performance improvement and application of HR policies•Conduct investigations surrounding employee relations issues across a multi-unit organization•Facilitate learning programs that support talent management, including behavioral interviewing and sales classes
