As an independent board member at ŌURA, under Harpreet Singh Rai's leadership, I collaborated on the successful launch of Gen2 Oura hardware and worked on strategy around sleep algorithms and application UI/UX. My contributions included working on integrating meditation and course material, establishing early frameworks for a recurring revenue membership strategy, and developing and implementing a robust influencer strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

As CEO of Hodinkee, I led our digital transformation, launching our first iOS and Android apps and establishing a robust e-commerce presence. Under my leadership, the company grew from 4 to 35 employees and saw a 10x increase in annual revenue. After relocating from NYC to have our first child, I transitioned to the board of directors, where I contributed alongside industry luminaries such as Tony Fadell (iPod/Nest Founder), Tony Conrad (True Ventures), Jason Fried (Basecamp CEO), and Ben Clymer (Hodinkee Founder).I'm forever grateful for Ben Clymer's visionary leadership in founding Hodinkee and building its renowned editorial presence before I joined. His foresight laid the groundwork for our digital expansion, allowing us to build upon the company's established success in the luxury timepiece market. My board experience provided an opportunity to offer strategic guidance during a period of continued growth and innovation, further amplifying the strong foundation Ben had created. 🙏
