Kevin practices family law and insurance defense and family law at Virgin Hickman, joining the firm in 2020 and bringing with him a diverse legal background. He was called to the bar of British Columbia in 2016 and spent time in general practice before moving to a firm that primarily handled personal injury litigation. He has represented clients in the Provincial and Supreme courts of British Columbia as well as before the Residential Tenancy Board. In addition, Kevin has presented and moderated at academic and legal conferences.Kevin is approachable and genuinely wants to hear your story. Having gone through a family separation himself, Kevin can relate to the difficulties that clients experience and understands the sensitive dynamics of family law issues. Outside of law, Kevin is actively involved in his community and is the President of a non-profit organization that provides housing and support services to those that are homeless or struggling with addiction.
