Responsabilidades - Dirigir al equipo de trabajo en el cumplimiento de los objetivos del área de comercio exterior y logística para incrementar la manufactura de la planta de producción- Negociar contratos con los operadores logísticos con el objetivo de reducir los costos de las operaciones y optimización los procesos de transporte así como una disminución en los costos de la empresa.- Estandarizar y crear procesos de cargue y descargue de contenedores, con el fin de optimizar y mejorar la eficiencia en el manejo de la carga buscando mayor eficiencia en la cadena logística de la empresa.Logros- Incrementé en un 200% el descargue de contenedores mediante la estandarización de las cantidades de los contenedores manejados por parte de la compañía, de 40, 45 lo que generó a su vez una mayor agilidad en la coordinación del cargue. - Conseguí mejorar la rentabilidad de la empresa en un 15% a través de una mejor distribución logística en los contenedores lo que permitió una reducción de los costos a partir del uso de cross docking. - Lideré la estandarización de procesos en 3 áreas (producción. almacenaje, distribución) de la compañía que permitieron una mayor agilidad y efectividad en los procesos impactando en la reducción de costos y reprocesos.

• Receive and analyze the information provided by the proponent to carry out the formulation of each project in charge and thus be able to evaluate the assigned projects to determine their pre-feasibility.• Compile, prepare and present the information of the viable projects of the Marketing and Promotion Management to the members of the Steering Committee for the approval and allocation of resources.• Prepare the reports required by the different internal and external clients that so require, in order to respond, sustain the different projects or information requested, as well as facilitate decision making.• Design visual communication projects, using the image as the highest communication and aesthetic power resource in order to use the image and communication theory.• Carry out the supervision of the execution of the assigned contracts, in order to ensure the monitoring and control of them until they are completed with the fulfillment of the agreement.• Manage the necessary hiring request for each project, so that the Legal Department executes said process as established in the Hiring Manual.• Accept and act according to the responsibilities in charge or according to the established in the policies defined in the procedures, regulations, Manuals, Circulars, and others that are established in the Fontur, Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, Fiducoldex, to guarantee its due compliance.
