Some of my main responsibilities were preparing the monthly scorecard with a focus on reporting KPI's such as cash collection, debtors and mix analysis for the N.I. division, leading the back margin budgeting and forecasting process, identifying opportunities to improve cashflow performance and providing support to the divisional trading and finance team. Throughout this period I also had the opportunity to work on ad hoc initiatives that formed part of an overall finance continuous improvement programme within the company.
