Service Manager
Current• Class A CDL- HAZMAT Endorsement.• Has a Strong understanding of key safety procedures (Lock/Tag/Try, Line Break, Hot Work, Fall Protection, Confined Space) and environmental requirements.• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure that assigned units are in safe and proper operating condition. • Operates Performance Technology equipment during jobs while monitoring equipment for potential mechanical failures. • Complete all required paperwork (Pre-job/Post-job Trip Tickets, load tickets, etc.) and submit in a timely manner. • Be attentive to changing conditions during jobs that may negatively impact the environment and inform the Stimulation Supervisor. • Manage daily fluid production; gauge and record oil and water tanks; record all seal records. • Act as a mentor for newer employees to motivate and teach them proper techniques in equipment operation. • Assist in maintaining cleanliness of job sites and work areas. • Complies with all Performance Technologies Standards and Policies while exhibiting and promoting a culture of safety and service delivery.• Participates and contributes in all safety and service delivery programs individually and/or as a team member. • Understands his/her obligation to STOP a job due to EH&S non-conformities or risk of service delivery failure.
