Responsible for sales and service of HVAC systems for residential/light commercial. Serviced Armstrong and all major brands of oil, gas, and propane furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioners. Serviced Weil Mclain and Lockinvar boiler systems as well as all major brands such as Carrier, Bryant, Lennox, Airease, Luxaire, Payne, Trane and American Standard. Serviced, installed and sold accessories including humidifiers, air cleaners, air purification and zoning systems. Serviced, installed and sold water heaters, water softeners and water purification products.

Prepare, sell and execute estimates for service division of electrical contractor. Manage a staff of 6 service technicians and 2 office staff members. Coordinate and schedule quoted jobs and service calls for service department. Execute all sales, demand and bid work involving service and install HVAC equipment. Responsible for placing orders and pricing materials for demand and bid work. Since hired in 2006, created and implemented online scheduling, text dispatching, price book flat pricing system and customer emailed proposals. Implemented HVAC services and residential service and sales of Eaton and Briggs and Stratton generators. Our service department has recieved the Angie's List Super Service Award in 2007, 2008, and 2009.

Serviced all brands of residential units including Bryant/Carrier, Trane/American Standard, Luxaire/York and Armstrong.
