Starting and growing a skilled software team within a door manufacturing company is the essence of the plan more than a year ago. Now we are a growing IT team of developers on the payroll, outsourced within europe, freelancers and external software partners.

Working together with a team of remote software developers, to architect and build a diverse portfolio of projects for clients who are mostly situated in The Netherlands.My daily workflow includes project management, trend watching, prototyping and Laravel(PHP framework) webdevelopment. Making sure every member of the team was well informed about the current and upcoming projects. We faced many challenges and always found a way to put the lessons learned into use during the months after.One of the challenges was to initiate and facilitate the change toward a better workflow for the whole software team. During this process, I learned a lot about social skills and how to best support my teammates each in their own individual style.
