I directly supervised over 60 multi-trades personnel, 5 Foreman, and 3 project managers in the completion of 3 contracts valued over 5 million dollars. I mentored and coached my management team daily for the continued growth of my high performing team. During these projects, I submitted detailed condition found reports (CFR) for over 1.5 million dollars of growth work for the combined 3 program contracts and added 25% value to all contracts.I fulfilled multiple program-level tasks such as managing and submitting monthly customer requirements, including estimates to completion, financial, writing tech proposals, and progress reports. As pump shop project manager, I managed large pump restoration and repairs. I managed these projects from initiation with the customer to delivery; I wrote the project management plans for these repairs, including scope, pricing, and customer requirements. I managed the budget, ensuring timelines, and maintain stakeholder relations. The pumps that were restored were large vertical multistage pumps, large horizontal centrifugal pumps, small solid processing pumps, and other various pump designs for many industries such as municipal, and nuclear power systems. I was the lead project manager for the nuclear pumps. I worked directly with the nuclear power plants' nuclear engineers to ensure that pumps are repaired correctly, within guidelines, and customer requirements.

As a mechanical engineer intern, I worked as a process engineer, testing engineer, product design and modeling engineer. I worked with multiple clients using engineering practices to help develop and improve their manufacturing processes. I developed realistic timelines for product prototyping, testing, and manufacturing. I was involved with the design of multiple line processes to design new fixtures and mechanisms to improve quality and reduce manufacturing time.I designed and modeled specific parts for mechanisms and fixtures using SolidWorks software, providing clients detailed drawings. I managed and manufactured prototype parts using 3D printers, 3D scanners, lathes, vertical milling machines, and other various machine tools. I was highly involved with the testing of new components and processes using six sigma lean manufacturing techniques.

I served as the Program Manager for Old Dominion University's first significant space project with a budget of 65k. My team worked directly with NASA and collaborated with other universities. In this portfolio, three CubeSat picosatellites were developed, by multiple universities, with the goal of each CubeSat communicating with each other in a constellation, while obtaining scientific data. I managed 4 Projects with 4 lead project managers and 18 students overall. These projects were CubeSat Telecommunications, CubeSat Structure, Attitude Control Systems, and CubeSat Software and coding. In addition to Old Dominion University (ODU), the University of Virginia and Virginia Tech each developed a CubeSat in the constellation. At the same time, Hampton University compiled and interpreted the atmospheric data collected by the constellation.

I was the lead volunteer for the Rosemont Elementary Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics program. Every year we have multiple fifth and fourth graders who we introduce to the STEM field by competing in the local Robotics competition. I did this program alongside with two Rosemont full time Staff.

I owned and managed this local motorcycle shop out of Norfolk Virginia; though this endeavor I led and managed 5 full-time employees in daily operations and maintenance.
