Manager of a $1,250,000.00 housing budget for Coast Guard Owned Housing in the seventh district. Responsible for tracking and scheduling training for over 50 housing personnel in the Coast Guards seventh district with Environmental Risk Assessment of Lead, Radon and Asbestos. Responsible for providing readiness assessments and training events for the Atlantic Area Coast Guard cutter fleet for more than 270 training days and 50 cutters per year. Provided damage control readiness training to over 1,000 Coast Guard personnel and holding qualification boards for new training team members.

Responsible for preventive maintenance of ships damage control systems, equipment and training of the ships 22 crew members for casualty response. Additional duty's were Command duty officer, Engineer of the Watch, Damage Control Training Team member, Casualty Control Training Team member, Gas Free Engineer Petty Officer, Crane Operator, and Qualification board member.

Responsible for preventive maintenance of ships damage control systems, equipment and training of the ships 100 +crew members for casualty response.
