Utilized core engineering competencies in effectively implementing government processes. --Programs were funded by several laboratories including ELBAS (Efficient Low Band Antenna System) which established a cutting-edge Low Band UAV SIGINT collection for, CTS (Conformal Transverse Stub) Laboratory which funded a program that provided array and system criteria for low cost AESA’s; and SIXA (Structurally integrated X-Band Array) which built a 20x3 ft. array that was tested for structural and electrical performance; provided a baseline for large structurally integrated apertures onto conceptual aircraft.--Directed the Next Generation Gunship System Study, an AFSOC (Air Force Special Operations Command) sponsored program; determined potential sensor architectures and established feasibility of each to determine suitability against the projected Next Generation Gunship, CONOPS.--Led FLTC (Future Long Term Challenges) program which coordinated a long-term sensor development roadmap across AFRL to uncover breakthrough capabilities for the USAF.--Directed ISIS antenna study to develop the “realm of the possible” to define potential aperture approaches. Predict performance installed in the airship and provided source data for technology trades on multiple element choices and fabrication options. ISIS (Antenna is Structure), DARPA funded airship program, the program was to build more than 1600m^2 of active X and UHF band array.
