Kevin Sigwart is the Chief Operating Officer for 1Spatial Inc., USA. Working with federal, state, and commercial clients, he ensures smooth deliveries of software and solutions and architects innovative solutions to help solve data quality, integration, and synchronization issues across disparate and siloed systems. Through his 18 years of experience working as a geospatial developer, analyst, and architect, Kevin has become a subject matter expert (SME) in building interoperable solutions across geospatial and non-geospatial systems. Kevin frequently works with clients and teams to translate business requirements into technological systems that bring clients efficiencies in carrying out their essential functions. He has extensive experience conducting workshops and presentations, and serving as a liaison between software developers implementing solutions and C-Level management. As COO, Kevin supports the CEO in oversight of all of 1Spatial's US operations, providing technical oversight of the US project portfolio and serving as a liaison between various teams, parent company leadership, and investors.Kevin’s experience as a developer and architect includes building software and solutions within Esri’s ArcGIS Platform, the 1Spatial Software Stack including 1Integrate, and open-source GIS Systems. He has architected GIS systems using ArcGIS Enterprise within both Windows and Linux environments, on internal servers and on Amazon Cloud Instances, using both SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases. Kevin has built desktop applications in C# .NET and Java, as well as GIS web applications using JavaScript and HTML5 web APIs. He has automated Geospatial and Nonspatial data processes using the Python, 1Integrate and FME. Kevin has also worked with open-source geospatial software leveraging OGC Standards. Prior to joining 1Spatial, Kevin held positions as a solution engineer for Esri and as a geospatial software developer for General Dynamics.
