About Kevin Sink, M.A.

With 33 years of experience in nature photography, my primary goal is to inspire an affinity for wild places through the artistic medium of photography. Extensive field work has produced not only a broad body of work, but a valuable skill set to work efficiently and productively in the field. In the studio my goal is to make a superbly crafted print that has a vitality or mood that has a life of its own, as if it can’t be limited to the two dimensional piece of paper its printed on. I hope to convey a profound vicarious experience of actually being at the location in that uniquely beautiful moment.Specialties: Natural landscape photography from many locations in the U.S. & abroad Intimate close-up studies of flowers and botanical subjects

I spend ten to 20 weeks per year in the field exploring and searching for scenes appropriate and of therapeutic value for the patients, staff and visitors of healthcare facilities. When not in the field, I am in the "digital darkroom" preparing the images for the highest standards of fine art printing.
