Senior Principal and the Senior Director of Architecture for OTJ Architects in Washington, DC. Kevin has worked as Senior Project Architect/Quality Control Manager for several large architecture/interior firms in the Washington, DC, metropolitan area. He is a registered Architect and a member of the College of Fellows for both the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the International Interior Design Association (IIDA). He has over 30 years of experience in the industry. He has earned his LEED AP accreditation with a specialty in Building Design and Construction. He has also received his certification through the Construction Specification Institute (CSI) Construction Documents Technologist certification (CDT). Kevin heads his office's quality assurance/quality control initiative and coordinates the design, details, and construction documents for the firm's projects. He is also active in marketing and business development for the firm. Kevin is a former AIA National Interior Architecture Knowledge Community (IAKC) committee member, which provides leadership and expertise to interior architects and design practitioners. He's also co-author of the book Significant Interiors.Currently, he is on the Board of Architects for the state of Maryland and has been active with several committees associated with the National Certification Architecture Review Boards (NCARB), where he is influencing the path of licensure for future generations.
