I’m an HR Business Partner and Senior HR Generalist with ten years’ experience in employee relations. I’ve worked at a start-up, two non-profits, a design/marketing firm, a healthcare facility and an international public relations firm. I’ve managed and served remote/outposted employees and led in all areas of employee relations: investigations, consulting, coaching, conflict resolution/mediation and trainings. I’ve worked in partnership with Legal, Organizational Development (OD), and Learning and Development teams. I’ve created, presented and facilitated DEI trainings at all the organizations where I’ve worked and volunteered.
