Current- Oversee the operations of ACE Rent A Car, a company founded in Indianapolis in 1966, and named by JD Power as the industry's best in customer service in 2012. With over 400 locations in 45 countries around the world.
- Oversee a sales team that handles brand integration, business development, revenue management, and support with our more than 80 partners and 400-plus locations.
- Oversee a marketing team that acts as the ambassador for the brand identity through social media, advertising and targeted marketing strategies while using a variety of data sources to measure success and effectively.
- Manage the customer experience group, which interfaces with our end customers daily, and use NPS-rooted metrics from a variety of platforms to make feedback actionable and to help our affiliates build an exemplary.
- Oversee the Administration and Accounting groups, working with the team to produce forecasts, create budgets, and build an employee environment that can attract the talent that will drive us into the future.
- Handle key B2B relationships with travel agency partners like Priceline, Expedia, Sabre, Hotwire, and RentalCars.
