Kevin has over 20 years’ experience to work in business application consultancy and deploy project management services to facilitate digital transformation excellence. In his career life , he has taken various customer-facing roles such as Project Manager, Presales Manager or Solution Consultant. He has worked for some prestigious companies such as Infor, Lawson, Lectra or Bexel. In these companies, he shapes the skills of Problem Solving, Project Management, Solution Design, Solution Build, and change Management. The vertical market he served in recent decade include Fashion, Furniture, Food & Beverage(F&B) and other Fast Moving Consumer Goods industries. As a project manager, he has nearly 20 years on-hands experiences gained from dozens of successful business application deployment projects. He is familiar with state-of-the-art agile (Scrum) Project Implementation approach and modern IT Service Framework (ITIL). The projects he managed vary from 200 to 1000 man-days by size, 3-10 team members by staffing and 2 to 12 months by duration. In recent years, he led some multinational SAAS based business application deployment projects featuring local consultancy team (Base in Shanghai, China), remote development team (Base in Bordeaux, France) , and for clients in and out of Mainland, China. As a business/application consultant, He specialized in digitalization consultancy in Design, Development, Supply Chain and Production related domains. Focused area includes Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). Supply Chain Planning (SCP), Supply Chain Execution (SCE) , Procurement and Production Shopfloor Management. He earned Master Degree of International Business Administration (IMBA) from University of Hong Kong, Bachelor Degree of Engineering (BEng) from Shanghai University.
