• Manage accounts in accordance with company credit terms and policies.• Work with multiple groups, both internal and external to ensure that all customer queries are resolved effectively and efficiently.• Negotiate payment terms with vendors/suppliers.• Investigate lost payments.• Monitor and collect overdue invoices by phone, email and letter.• Preparing weekly aged trial balance reports for collections team.• Generate financial data and prepare credit review reports for collection/disputes managers.

• Timely and accurate processing of invoices, expense claims and refunds.• Coordinate and control payment of suppliers and overseas suppliers on a weekly basis and adhoc emergency payments when required.• Entering transactions into the software Financial Force.• Interact with vendors/suppliers.• Reconciliation and control of petty cash and Cabcharge vouchers.• Compliance with relevant GST.• Processing of general journals. • Monthly reporting reconcile the balance sheet against individual accounts.

• Assist with month-end• Process day to day sales reconciliations• Creating month end sale journals• Intermediate Excel skills • Vendor setup through Oracle• AS400 and WebEscape experience.• Process discrepancy forms• process credit card payments• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
