I currently teach the Real Estate Principles course and have taught the finance and practice courses also. In the 1990's I taught the first Educational Television Course in Real Estate at Palomar. In addition, I also taught undergraduate and graduate courses at National University in their Real Estate program (back when they had one).

Since the late 80's I've taught a variety of Real Estate classes at Palomar college from Principles, to Practice to Finance & Investment. I've also taught graduate and under-graduate courses in Real Estate at National University.

We merged the powerhouse Gary Kent Team with the well-established Cane Real Estate Team to better serve our combined clients. Now located at the main Keller Williams office in La Jolla, my role is to support the operations and sales efforts under the leadership of Brian Cane,In addition, I'll still be working with select clients to help them buy, sell & invest in real estate.

I manage the day-to-day operations of one of the top real estate teams in the country. My duties include sales management, implementing and maintaining our IT resources, researching new business opportunities, vendor management. I'm also the guy who changes the water bottle.

Managed a boutique law firm of three partners and several associate attorneys in two locations, Newport Beach and Century City offices. Our specialty was Medical Malpractice Defense. Was active in several risk management associations including as a speaker on occasion for ASHRM, SCAHRM & SDARM. After leaving Becker, Hall & Flaum, I continued in the legal profession as a licensed document assistant.
