This technology provides users with an embeddable wireless charging station and vehicle receiver that is accompanied by a user-friendly mobile app that will allow drivers to simply park and power up, without fear of tangled cords.or faulty connections.

Telaria (NYSE: TLRA) provided a complete software platform to manage premium video advertising. Served on the board through a CEO transition, sale of a significant portion of the company, and then eventual successful merger with RUBI, April 2020, to create Magnite (NASDAQ:MGNI).

Engineering lead for Uber Marketplace (see http://marketplace.uber.com), the team responsible for some of the most exciting and challenging problems at all of Uber -- driver dispatch (which drivers gets assigned to which riders), driver positioning, pricing and incentives (on both the driver and rider side), forecasting, and more. Marketplace is the economic brain of one of the world's largest technology platforms. Grew the team from 250 to 400+, hired most of the senior leadership and my successor.

12+ years at Google; the last 6 years leading Google's strategic YouTube Ads engineering team, keeping YouTube free for 1B+ users. Led engineering efforts that increased YouTube revenue 50x while improving user experience through the TrueView family of ad formats (commonly known as 'skippable ads'). Built engineering team virtually from scratch to span advertiser buyside, video classification, serving infrastructure, ads quality, and end-user formats. Identified/attracted key leads, was key player in all strategic product/sales/eng decisions.Previously played a variety of roles at Google, including leading YouTube's data warehouse/infrastructure team, founding site director for the Irvine office, key player in major acquisitions including Urchin SW (now Google Analytics), and key management roles with AdWords as well as other ads businesses.

Position begun after Vignette acquired Intraspect Software 12/03. Leader of all development and architecture for Vignette's Business Collaboration Server, formerly the award-winning Intraspect 5 collaboration server.

Full responsibility for development, QA, Pubs, IT, and Customer Support for award-winning collaborative software product. Shipped multiple major versions of the product, all on-time and in-budget.

Co-Founder and VP/Engineering for TimeDance, an online invitation service that attracted over 500,000 registered users back when that was a decent #. As member of founding team, secured Series A from IVP and Mayfield, responded to due diligence requirements, helped design product strategy. As VP of Engineering guided company through on-time initial launch as well as significant redesign. Role evolved from pre-funding sole technical resource, making all technical decisions and writing system prototype/core, to managing leads and directors. Led engineering organization to successful launch of 1.0 product, moving from unfunded company to robust fielded service in less than 6 months.
