Execute a broad spectrum of organizational, human resources, fiscal, and administrative functions for the Division of Community Health at Duke University. Oversee implementation of the division’s strategic plan and related systems regarding research & evaluation, education, and clinical care delivery to advance the knowledge and practice of community health improvement. Responsible for enhancing and integrating effective communication & branding strategies linked to the division’s direction, initiatives, and projects.

• Develop system-wide engagement plan, strategies, and initiatives to promote employee engagement.• Collaborate with various departments to identify engagement indicators.• Collect and interpret data to identify patterns and trends related to engagement.• Create events to create and sustain momentum around employee engagement.• Furnish resources and training that adapt action to insight.
