I have extensive public and private company experience, as both a General Counsel and a Partner in several Am Law 100 law firms, with over 20 years of securities law, M&A and corporate governance experience. I am currently serving on the executive team as General Counsel of a private equity-backed oilfield services company, and have facilitated the sale of two divisions.
