Responsible for the overall security matters for McDonald's Corporation owned (McOpCo) restaurants, Regional and Divisional offices, and provides security and safety consultation to owner / operator restaurants. Lead and developed a team of Regional Security Managers throughout the Eastern United States. Effectively partner with other company and corporate security professionals to ensure continued success of the McDonald's brand and enterprise.

Assisted in the design and facilitation of the initial Loss Prevention program within T-Mobile USA. Conducted thorough review and examination to identify the true risks and vulnerabilities within the unique specialty retail model. Developed and presented numerous business cases in order to clarify the need and justification for additional headcount as well as significant capital expenditures. Responsible for coaching, leading and developing a team of five(5) Regional Loss Prevention Managers (RLPM’s) throughout the Eastern and Central United States. Significantly reduced controllable spending by millions of dollars as well as external losses to include ORC, robberies & burglaries by implementing proactive physical security standards & measures.

Responsible for the design and implementation of the original Kinko’s (Now known as FedEx Office) Loss Prevention program. Managed 600 plus locations as well as five Regional Loss Prevention Managers across the Eastern United States and Canada. Built standardized policies and best practices to include operational controls and safety procedures. Wrote and co-produced a loss prevention training video shown to all new employees at each orientation training class. Introduced and implemented the company’s minimum-security standards, focusing on the physical and operational controls. Involved in the design of the loss prevention anonymous “Hotline” used to report unethical or questionable behavior. Responsible for the development of a comprehensive automated loss prevention point scored audit utilized to measure store compliance levels. Successfully managed, investigated and resolved over 1000 internal and external integrity issues totaling over $2,450,000 in admissions.
