My goal is to surround myself with passionately curious individuals from all walks of life to continually push the boundaries of growth and learning. Being armed with the desire to learn and not being afraid to make mistakes allows me to find my voice and challenges me to uphold a growth mindset.Currently, I am a physiotherapist at Market Mall Physio & Chiro and with Alberta Health Services. I have a special interest in pain sciences, sports medicine, neurodynamics, and knowledge translation. The opportunity to serve my community in taking control and improving their health, rediscover confidence in movement, and to share in an individual's rehab journey is what motivates me to grow as a therapist. In my personal time I find joy in spending time with friends and family, and in staying active. I enjoy dabbling in Olympic Weightlifting, running the beautiful trails of the river valley, nerding away in pain science education, trying out different baking recipes, and concocting the perfect pour over coffee recipe.I am always open to connect and network with other industry professionals.
