Sometimes because of things beyond their control, but most of the time, they are either getting in their own way or just haven’t found what they need, that missing element.That’s where I come in.I spent 17 years as an advisor and agency owner myself. Sure, there were a few things I intuitively did well, but most of my successes came at the end of an oftentimes-too-long journey of trial and error. Much like a parent wants better for their children, I am committed to making the path to success more manageable for today’s advisors and owners.If you look at my headline, you’ll understand how I approach my role as a business consultant and coach. To paraphrase the famous line, “If you can’t handle the truth, I ain’t your guy.”But those with whom I work can tell you they get results; they improve the professional truth they can tell. Of course, you have to be willing to put in the hard work.I have taken the lessons learned in almost 20 successful years in the independent agency system and built them into a platform of planning/coaching/training/systems/networking that allows us to replicate that success with our member agencies. It is our platform that allows producers, management teams, and entire agencies make transformations and find higher levels of success. We help these agencies take control of their business in ways that were previously beyond their reach.
