To accomplish this, I focus on listening and learning to ensure that my team can deliver key outcomes and quickly adapt as necessary. In the past 7 years, I have worn many hats which have taught me that if you set your mind to it, you can accomplish just about anything. I started right out of college on an Analytics team of one. The benefit of this was I was given the reigns by the leadership team to learn from countless mistakes I would make when building out the reporting and analytics platform that provided valuable marketing insights to thousands of users. Today I joined a legacy team of about 50+ analysts who serve the business in everything from sales to education. In this role I have not only had the chance to learn from the countless individuals on the team, but how to lead. Not just to lead by example but to lead with emotional intelligence as well.
