Thus, services generally included assisting with the purchase accounting, enhancing the accounting and finance capabilities of the company, assisting with debt.

Worked on several large forensic accounting projects. The largest project was for a healthcare company that was attempting to recoup tax monies paid to the IRS on fraudulently reported earnings. I was one of three lead managers (excluding partners and directors) on the project where we helped the client recoup approximately $440mm from the IRS.
