I am responsible for knowledge development, cooperation with internal and external partners, and operational innovation related to smart cities

As a water expert, I advice clients in the public and private sector on sustainable water management. Our studies support policy decisions and help our clients realize innovative solutions that contribute to sustainable and future-proof water systems and cities. Being a project leader I'm responsible for the complete follow up of projects (i.e. project timing and financial status, communication with clients and stakeholders, coordination and training of the project team). Typical projects include: - Climate adaptation studies- Integrated water management plans- Future-proof design of public spaces- Ecohydrological studies- Hydrological modelling Next to my role as a project leader I optimize and automate my teams workflow and data analysis processes by building intelligent tools and applications. Finally, I also am also involved in commercial work, by writing proposals and tenders, and developing new products and services related to integrated water management.
