As a Dental IT Consultant and Technical Project Manager at E Dental, I am responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Diagnostics department. In collaboration with the Technical Service department, I handle new installations, maintenance, and repairs.My responsibilities also include preparing new diagnostic projects by consulting with the clinic’s IT staff to discuss possible IT integrations and requirements. This helps to ensure that the right type of software licenses are ordered, appropriate linking mechanisms are chosen or developed, and appointments are scheduled for preparation, installation, operational training, and software training for medical specialists using the CBCT modality and other dental equipment.In my role, I provide professional and timely after-sales support to all customers, including remote support and telephone assistance to quickly resolve issues or concerns and optimizing imaging quality to needs of the customer. Software updates and quality checks are performed annually during maintenance visits to all CBCT customers.Finally, in cases of malfunction, I conduct an accurate analysis of the situation to determine whether the problem can be resolved remotely or whether a visit with the necessary spare parts is required to solve the issue.Overall, my role is critical in ensuring that clients receive high-quality service and support for their dental equipment needs, making E Dental a top choice in the industry.

ASK is a communication platform that is capable of combining telephony, texting (sms) and e-mail with the ability of monitoring availability of large groups of people and if necessary, take action on a realtime- or planned situation. This communications platform is used to automate business processes or to reach large groups of people. During the period I have been working here, I met several roles. Until October 2009, I worked as a network / system administrator responsible for a server park of about 45 Unix servers. The ASK software on the server was part of delivery and maintenance. From October 2009 I’m working as a project manager / it consultant. In this role I work with the customer to shape business processes based on the possibilities the software offers. I also give direction to achieve the internal setup required within the time available and I supervise the implementation process to the customer.

As an Account Executive, I played a central role in the daily operational activities between the customer and internal organization. Preparing and managing projects, monitoring and managing external vendors belonged to my pursuits. Together with the Account Manager I worked with one or more existing customers to various campaigns with a specific focus on managing and controlling of the company's communication processes for the client. Customers were generally large businesses through direct marketing campaigns with large numbers of customers communicate. In a team of Account Executives I worked closely with Account Managers and Project Managers.

At this company I did my graduation project and build my first experience as an ICT professional.Activities:- Setting up a helpdesk according to ITIL standards. Experience gained with issues around all types of problems within a large organization.- Creating business cards based on an automated layout. Experience gained in setting up production processes related variable data.- Image bank research. Studied the creation of an image database with search capabilities using metadata.- Graduation project - Automation of processing subscriptions of Ouwehands Zoo. Co-responsible for the design of the automation process. Responsible for the purchase of the appropriate software. Responsible for testing the system. Responsible for the supervision of the new workflow. Responsible for devising improvements to the system.
