Currently reside at Blue Cross Blue Shield as a Senior Billing Analyst. I have been there since August of 2016. Through my experience there I have obtained skills of servicing customers over the phone, whether that is collecting their premium payments, reviewing their invoices, or enrolling new members onto a new policy. I enjoy my position however I am actively searching for another position where I can apply skills and grow.I am also the Vice President of Hmong Entrepreneurial Lending Purse (HELP). I co-founded the organization back in January of 2017. My role is to co-create and co-lead creative projects to promote entrepreneurship. Another part of my role is to reach out to members of our community and engage them in the work that we’re doing at HELP. For instance, I might approach you to have a conversation or interview you at a local event or gathering.
