I am responsible for managing Austmine's digital innovation platform MINEINNOVATE, which connects innovation opportunities to collaboration partners.MINEINNOVATE will provide an online environment for the mining industry to promote their innovation needs, seek solutions to current problems, run large-scale industry challenges and most importantly bring partners together for other collaborative initiatives.Through a tailored process potential suppliers and partners will be identified and introductions are made with the goal of generating collaboration, innovation and commercial outcomes.

Functional responsibility for identifying new markets and customers and for driving sales of Maptek products, services and support programs in close collaboration with the Maptek Team across the entire Mining Value Chain. Responsibility for identifying opportunities within the Mining Value Chain solutions across multiple disciplines and for working closely with Sales Managers, Business Managers, Product Managers and other resources to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to grow our business. Presenting technical solutions across the entire Mining Value Chain to both senior and middle management level decision makers at our customers and prospects enlisting our resources to provide technical expertise, whilst continuing to manage the sales process to a successful conclusion. This role included demonstrating through technology how we were able to break down of data silos and roles within the mining process to deliver far more efficient and effective outcomes for our customers.
