Working as the operations manager at a large North East printing company I am involved in all aspects of the business from estimating to production management. As well as scheduling the production workflow of the business I am a capable user of Adobe products for basic design work, involved in the mailing side of the business; with expertise in data work and Royal Mail services.

Working as the office manager for a large double glazing manufacturer I was responsible for processing orders, producing delivery notes & invoices. I was also in control of production and using key software to schedule and batch work flow.
