-Directly responsible for the senior management of the ISO 9001 certified quality system, product quality control, industrial safety, and accuracy of released products on multiple manufacturing product lines.-Trains and delegates tasks to the quality control inspectors performing incoming inspections, first and final product audits, and shipping audits.-Team leader of the bidding and customer relations team.-Supervises the service and repair department and reports cost of quality metrics.-Tracks and reports continuous improvement and preventive action metrics for ISO quality system reviews.-Schedules, coordinates, and leads internal and external audits.-Performs root cause corrective action, provides quality alert notices, and performs the review of effectiveness of corrective action implemented by production and suppliers.-Monitors cycle time and on-time delivery metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.-Develops quality plans, inspection procedures, and in-depth process work instructions for new and existing products in conjunction with the customer’s manufacturing specifications and quality engineering.-Supervises the returned goods program for stock rotation and end-user product returns.-Provides new employee safety orientation and training.-Mentors the quality policy and quality system to all employees.-Maintains MSDS, hazardous communication, and OSHA industrial safety standards.--

Directly responsible for managing semiconductor manufacturing quality control functions for the ISO 9002 certified Austin site. Perform quality system planning and reporting to the executive committee. Mentor quality system requirements and provide quality system training to team members. Interface with customers regarding corrective and preventative actions.

Directly responsible for all IIS’ sites for the operation, machine setup parameter development, maintenance, calibration checks, and spare parts inventory of Prometrix RS-35/55 resistivity measurement systems, Heatpulse 610 rapid thermal annealer, Eaton Reliance 850 vertical furnace annealer, and Surfscan 6100 Wafer Surface Analysis System.

Over six years experience operating, performing scheduled maintenance, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing four different semiconductor manufacturing equipment types – Eaton Nova 10-80, 10-160, Varian CF-3000 Series and Vision Ion Implanters. Troubleshoot and repair electronic equipment circuits using wiring diagrams, schematics, and charts. Class-1 and Class-10 cleanroom experience including ion implantation, handling, ordering, barcoding, and inventory of production and test wafers.

Supervise the operation and personnel of aviation ordnance (weapons) shops and storage facilities in a sea-deployable fighter squadron. Maintain, inspect, and repair aircraft armament equipment and aviation ordnance equipment.

Storage facility coordinator responsible for conventional and non-conventional weapon handling inventory, warehousing, and transportation of ammunition including nuclear weapons, torpedoes, air-launched guided missiles, air laid bombs, and sonobuoys. Issue/receipts to tenant commands. Fleet Optical Scanning and Marking (FOSAM) computer inventory tracking and barcode inventory system. Daily ammunition transaction reporting.
