As the Founder of K5 Consulting and as a Vistage Chair, I strive to continue to help CEOs and business owners achieve their goals and make an impact on their businesses, communities, and lives. Growing up working blue-collar jobs, then transitioning to a CPA role, and eventually working in business development, I understand how important building and maintaining relationships is to success. Additionally, through being involved in and leading various networking groups for 25+ years, including founding a CFO Peer Group and chairing an M&A forum for 8 years, I’ve seen the impact of outsider perspectives on making important decisions. Bringing together both ideas, I founded K5 Consulting, working with CEOs, business owners, and their people to understand the inner workings of leadership, communication, retention, and customers— providing outsider perspectives to help leaders aspire to reach their maximum performance level. Vistage acts as a natural extension to K5 Consulting. As a Chair, I empower business owners and CEOs of non-competing industries to gain diverse insights, challenge one another, and make informed decisions that create a positive impact on their businesses, communities, and lives. Through facilitating a confidential environment, leaders will issue process and find a work-life mix that enables them to maximize their impact as leaders.
