The course helps the student clarify their ministry in specific terms by defining Purpose, Vision, Missions, and Values plus designing a Service Model for implementation. The Christian version of ONPURPOSE.me is used to clarify each students personal purpose and identity in Christ. From this we identify a target audience population to serve, what will be offered in service while developing a simple plan that includes the people, processes, and measurable performance. It's an intense ¾ day program but meaningful because it provokes the student to think about their calling beyond just being clergy and what their life's work really could be ordained or not.
