Developed weekly and monthly KPI reporting to better track and improve operational and financial performance.• Revised the Rose corporate governance structure to formalize cross-departmental decision-making process, reduced senior leader concentration risk, and allowed junior leadership opportunities with committee assignments. • Overhauled annual talent management process in partnership with Human Resources to include new competency-based annual review, business-wide annual talent reviews, succession planning, and individual development plans.• Updated policy and procedure manual, revising all documentation into a new a digitized and searchable format.
