At Opower, I worked on the Sales Planning and Analytics team. I gained valuable insight into how to run a sales organization, and how to design KPI's that matter. My primary task was to analyze our contracts with existing customers and identify recurring revenue streams in order to identify new upsell opportunities, enhance revenue management and provide insight into the overall health of our business. I also automated our renewals forecasting and annual recurring revenue calculations through a revamp of our opportunity management in Salesforce.com.In addition, I prepared KPI analysis dashboards for the SVP of Sales, improved productivity and on-ramp of salespeople through the creation of a comprehensive outline of our opportunity management and sales cycle, and assisted in the transition to a new business intelligence (BI) tool.

I managed and updated our vendor activity database, which ensured that our M&A and VC activity trackers were the most relevant and comprehensive in the in industry.
