Simply stated, analytics is my professional passion. The ability to take data from information to insights is a truly magical journey, which has the ability to add value at every level of the organization. The "ah-ha" look on a persons face when a hidden or new insight is revealed is what I live for at work. I have wound my way through an organization's Finance, Ethics and Compliance, Strategy, and even IT departments, spanning twelve years of professional experience, but one thread continued to hold all positions together: Analytics. The beauty of analytics is the ability to add value in every part of the organization. Analytics is function agnostic, and therefore, is my real home within a company. Over the course of my career, I added individual organizational value through cost benefit analysis, financial planning and analysis, management reporting, dashboarding, organizational support, and net present value calculations. As a leader, I built multiple organizations from scratch, led complex projects to create centralized data lakes, and was a member of multiple lead teams. I led teams ranging in size from one to twenty. On a personal level, I lived in ten countries (Taiwan, Thailand, Germany, Pakistan, the Netherlands, Austria, U.K., Malaysia, India, and the US), and traveled to over fifty. I enjoy participating in athletics, particularly swimming, baseball, running, and biking, and am an avid reader.
