• Developed an analytics framework in Swift for reporting user behavior to MixPanel, and integrated the framework with dozens of metrics in a new dot release of the iOS consumer app.• Designed and implemented van-scanning backend API in Go, which enabled granular tracking of items being delivered from a concierge to a customer. Reduced error incidences to 0% for the company’s day-to-day orders.• Redesigned an entire iOS app, used internally by concierges in delivering orders, to conform to iOS 11 UI standards, and integrated the van-scanning UI functionality in Swift.• Created an internal web app, developing the frontend React interface and the backend Go API, for thoroughly transferring the company’s physical inventory of over 210,000 items between warehouses.
