I'm a new software developer entering the space after 7 years of working on the 'other side' of the tech industry in consulting. After years of experience in planning, strategy and requirements gathering for clients, I made the decision to jump to the other side and pair my existing skillset with my new skillset as a Fullstack Developer.I currently work across Ruby, Ruby on Rails, HTML, CSS and Javascript and starting my journey in React.I've worked across many roles and responsibilities. This includes working with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation, providing advisory across key marketing technology platforms and digital transformation projects, I've trained and led teams, developed and taught digital marketing curriculum, worked across many high-performing digital marketing campaigns, worked in business development and led the operations of an agency.
