Head of Freddie Mac Multifamily, leading all aspects of the division’s efforts to provide stability, liquidity and affordability throughout the rental housing market. Freddie Mac is a leader in the secondary multifamily mortgage market, purchasing conventional, targeted affordable, small balance, student and senior housing loans from its network of lenders. The division is also a pioneer in credit risk transfer (CRT), having securitized more than $500 billion in loans through its K-Deal platform. The vast majority of the loans purchased support rental units that are affordable to low- and moderate-income households.

Leading the Freddie Mac Single-Family Portfolio Management group is a culmination of the different roles and responsibilities I’ve been afforded at the company over the past two decades – and has positioned me well to work with many of the most talented people in the mortgage industry.I have broad responsibility for the Single-Family portfolio, including Freddie Mac's guarantee book of business, pricing and analytics, servicing and REO. I also lead Single-Family Credit Risk Transfer (CRT), including Freddie Mac STACR® securitizations, ACIS® reinsurance, Whole Loan Securities℠ and front-end risk transfer offerings. Everything my teams and I do is focused on providing options and driving value for our clients and the industry and fulfilling Freddie Mac’s mission.
