As a parent and basketball coach with over 15 years of experience, I understand the balance between skill development and enjoyment in sports. My journey began with no technology background, yet I found myself working with leading sports technology companies, and I have been fortunate to work with the PGA Tour, NHL, NBA, and NFL. These roles have been rewarding, but my true passion has always been working with kids and basketball.I've seen how coaching dynamics can impact a young athlete's experience. While coaches are essential for development, the fun of playing is what keeps kids engaged. Too often, pressure and discouragement lead them to quit or never start.This inspired me to create 3on3 Live – a series of 3x3 basketball leagues, tournaments, and training for boys and girls from 2nd to 12th grade. 3on3 Live focuses on players’ enjoyment, skill development, and fostering a non-intimidating environment. Our leagues help players enhance their basketball IQ, develop versatile skills, and build leadership and cooperation skills.In addition to founding 3on3 Live, I launched a 3on3 basketball podcast to share my passion for the sport. My journey from a non-tech background to collaborating with top sports organizations has been rewarding, but nothing compares to seeing young athletes grow and enjoy basketball through 3on3 Live.
