Worked as a project manager, program manager, architect, engineer, etc... Developed solutions to meet global enterprise level challenges.

Provided top level support to an extremely large technical support organization. Worked as a specialist in Networking and Communications and provided significant knowledge management support and training as well as working as a liaison between technical support and engineering while also engaging with computer manufacturing production lines and top level issue escalation. On occasion I had the privilege of working directly with or participating in training with some Intel and Microsoft engineers directly involved in the development of their products.
