- Reporting directly into the CEO of Distrelec, managing a team of 15+ professionals focused on Product, Supplier and other commercial data.- Responsible for the collection, translation and quality of all our product data for 250k+ products we sell ensuring the best possible experience for customers who are browsing, researching or buying- Responsible for the development and delivery of the Master Data in both SAP and PIM (Stibo systems)- Define the overall product data content strategy, including all data assets (Images, attributes, datasheets etc.)- Define and implement the data governance standards and processes to deliver a clear and consistent data solution- Implement, track and report on appropriate product data KPIs covering data fill rates, content accuracy and customer satisfaction- Work closely with the Product Management team to deliver speed to market improvements through efficient NPI process management- Develop and implement continuous improvement process to establish an industry leading product data management organisation- Accountable for the overall product taxonomy and web navigation structure for the organisation- Develop processes to increase the efficient handling of supplier data
