Timely is a cloud based appointment booking software for the hair & beauty industry.In my role at Timely, I lead a product development team as well as being part of the product practice.With a strong customer focus, I ensure that my team balances continuous discovery and delivery. My team has a reputation for tackling the gnarly problems, and are consistently high performing. I have also grown my scope to include the mobile team. Within the product practice, I help level up our team’s product craft and practices. I also mentor and coach a new team member.

Preno is a cloud based hotel management system for small to medium operators. As an early stage SaaS startup, my role is broad and varied.I lead both the product and marketing team towards our north star. I provide coaching, mentoring and development opportunities to my team to inspire them to bring their best work to Preno. I am also the sounding board for our co-founders.I have evolved the Preno product to better fit the market needs, and is reflected in the customer growth, ARPU growth, and a healthy low churn. I’ve also worked on key partnerships such as the Kounta integration.

Tailor is a digital design & development company that specialises in tailored solutions to suit our clients' needs. Clients range from startups to large corporates.I wear two hats at Tailor - Consulting Product Manager and Business Analyst.I get to work closely with our clients to understand their business problems and strategic vision, then devise recommendations to get them there. I also collaborate with the design and engineering team at Tailor to deliver innovative solutions.

Vend is a cloud based retail and Ecommerce platform targeted at small and medium retailers. Our aim is to help retailers succeed and grow.My role at Vend includes:- Discover, communicate and advocate for the problems and needs of Vend's retailers- Collaborate with product managers to define product roadmaps- Collaborate with designers and engineering team to define and deliver solutions- Project manage the delivery of solutions (including beta programs)Some products that I have worked on include getting version 1 of Vend Register iOS app to market, complete redesign of Inventory Count, trial conversion improvements and currently a highly requested Customer Growth feature.I'm also very passionate about product innovation, and to fuel that I have:- Established Wall of Pain: a place where anyone in the company could post retail related pain points to solve. 15 minutes a day, a few collaborators get together to dream up solutions, visualise and validate. This led to Vend Hackday.- Proposed and organised Vend's first Hackday, resulting in a new lead generation product (coming soon!) and a tool for Sales team to import loyalty balances from competitor POS
