I was responsible for introducing a Business Process Management application and for business analysis on a number of significant projects.

Developing the change capability for Nimbus by developing the programme management process and governance within the Business Management System.Managing the portfolio of business projects across the Nimbus organisation and providing visibility of them to the COO.

I managed the business aspects of a major migration programme. I was responsible for defining the business processes, accepting the system developments, organising the cleansing of data, arranging for mailings to every client (before and after each event) and managing a team of dedicated individuals.

I managed up to five teams that handled a wide variety of tasks that sat outside of the mainstream BAU operations. These included:- Periodical statement mailings- Ad hoc regulatory or business driven mailings- Specialist adjustments - Control and maintenance of procedures- Production of non-standard quotations- Offshore Data Cleansing- EUC Applications.

Worked as a Business Process Analyst on a major workflow project. This involved managing a team of four other analysts to develop requirements for different elements and phases of the project. I was personally involved in the analysis of infrastrucutral requirements of the system (Building Blocks) which enabled it to deliver functionality that enhanced its.
