As a design lead on the Professional Services team, I implement Optoro's SaaS products and services for our clients across the retail supply chain, working closely with our Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver on our solutions. I perform a variety of client-facing functions, principally project management, functional and technical design, integrations and user acceptance testing, and deployment strategies, to name a few. I serve as a subject matter expert for all Optoro products and integrations to scope and tailor solutions for our clients, incorporating both client and market feedback to our Product & Engineering stakeholders for feature improvements and new product recommendations. I manage our company's implementation schedules and external priorities, escalating projects with upsell opportunities to leadership to drive incremental revenue from existing accounts. Lastly, I am focused on increasing the profitability of our client implementations and tasked with establishing best practices within the organization for implementation documentation, hours tracking, and project management, among others.

Within Optoro's Client Development team, I developed the value proposition, solution design, and overall business case for our software platform during the sales cycle, working closely with our Sales counterparts to win clients and exceed revenue targets for the company. For SaaS accounts, I was responsible for functional / technical scoping before contract signature, serving as a client subject matter expert on their retail systems, processes, and overall returns ecosystem to enable our delivery teams to successfully implement our solutions and product. I worked closely with our Product Management and Engineering teams to manage our delivery schedule and features prioritization, based on market trends and account needs. Lastly, I was responsible for creating our standard sales product demos and led pre-sales RFP / RFI activity to win new business.

As a Consultant and Senior Consultant at IBM's Global Business Services division, I led client delivery during various phases of the software development life cycle, for both public and commercial sector accounts. Sample roles included project management, business analysis / requirements gathering, functional design, testing / quality assurance, and training / change management for enterprise resource planning implementations. I worked on some of IBM's largest accounts within retail, hospitality, and technology.
